La Poste Groupe is committed to consolidating responsible and ethical relations with all its suppliers.

La Poste SA, La Banque Postale and La Poste Immobilier have been awarded the Label Relations Fournisseurs et Achats Responsables in 2023.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement in supplier relations, the Group offers to contact the Supplier Relations Mediator in the event of a dispute.

What can the mediator do if a case is referred to him ?

He guarantees smooth relations between suppliers and La Poste groupe in the event of a request for mediation.

The Supplier Relations Mediator ensures full attention and neutrality with regard to any dispute you may have with La Poste group's purchasing department.

He will help you find a solution that respects everyone's interests.

In order to start a business, it does not facilitate contact between a prospective supplier and La Poste Group, does not explain how to use the supplier portal or any of the Group's tools, has no way of knowing whether an invoice has been processed, and is not responsible for the invoicing process.

For all referral requests :

In the event of a complaint, the Supplier Relations Ombudsman will ask you to provide proof of prior contact with the purchaser or the person best placed to answer your question in the first instance.

This proof can take the form of an e-mail screen capture, a letter with acknowledgement of receipt, etc.
