Yves Brassart, who currently holds the position of Executive Vice-President La Poste Groupe, with responsibility for Finance and Development, is appointed Advisor to Philippe Wahl, Chairman and CEO La Poste Groupe, in charge of several strategic responsibilities. In this regard, he will retain his mandate as Vice-President of the supervisory board of La Banque Postale, and also remain as Administrator of Geopost, and Administrator of La Poste Immobilier. He also retains supervision of the group’s Strategy department.
Stéphanie Berlioz, Executive Vice-President of Finance and Acquisitions at Geopost, is appointed Executive Vice-President of La Poste Groupe, with responsibility for Finance. Stéphanie joined Geopost in December 2022. Prior to that, she carried out different financial functions at La Banque Postale, then part of the Finance department of the group, under the responsibility of Yves Brassart, Executive Vice-President of La Poste Groupe, with responsibility for Finance and Development. Stéphanie Berlioz will succeed Yves Brassart on 3rd June.
Yves Brassart
Graduate of ENSPTT, EDHEC Business School and Sciences-Po Paris, Yves Brassart, 63, commenced his career at La Poste in 1987, as Director of Marketing and Sales of the Mail division. He then became Finance Director for the West of France, and then, in 1999, Finance Director of La Poste’s financial services. He was Finance Director at La Banque Postale from 2006; five years later, he became Finance and Strategy Director, as well as Member of the Operations Committee, and then Member of the Executive Board in 2013. In 2014, he was appointed Executive Vice-President of La Poste Groupe, with responsibility for Finance and Development, and, as such, a Member of the Executive Committee of La Poste Groupe.
Stéphanie Berlioz
Graduate of EDHEC Business School and holder of a DESS in New Technology Law, Stéphanie Berlioz, 45, commenced her career as an auditor with Ernst and Young & Associates. In 2005, she joined the Finance department at La Banque Postale where she spent 10 years successively managing functions within the Accounts and Management Control departments. In 2006, she rejoined the Finance and Development department of the group, as Secretary General, becoming Finance Operations Director in 2021, before being named, in December 2022, Executive Vice-President of Geopost with responsibility for Finance and Acquisitions, a position she has occupied up to now.
