Stimulating the ecosystem of start-up partners

The Group supports the development of start-ups that create value for its customers and society as a whole. It has structured a number of open innovation initiatives to anticipate and design new uses, and support start-ups at every key stage of their growth: from creation to incubation and the search for financing. The Group has supported the development of nearly 400 start-ups through its various initiatives.

Intrapreneurship, an internal culture

La Poste was among the first major French groups to launch an intrapreneurship program, in 2014.

Making postal workers actors of innovation is the challenge of La Poste's new intrapreneurship program, “Impulser 2030!”. Launched in early 2022 to accompany the strategic plan “La Poste 2030, committed to you”, “Impulser 2030!” aims to enable the group's employees to contribute to the company's transformation by exploring new businesses.

The program's objectives are to create and develop innovative offers and services for the Group's branches, and to develop employees' entrepreneurial skills.
