DPD UK won the 2015 Queen's Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category for Predict, its unique one-hour delivery service. 

In 2018, DPD opened the UK's first 100% electric urban delivery depot in Westminster. Currently, there are over 2,100 DPD electric vehicles on the road in the UK and DPD has announced plans to carry out deliveries to 30 of the UK's largest cities using zero- or low-emission vehicles by 2023. In July 2021, Oxford became DPD's first 100% electric city in the UK.
